In 2011 we moved to our new clubhouse, located on the edge of the Amsterdam Forest and the Amstelveen Pool.
The clubhouse is located on a secured area that is shared with 2 other scouting groups. There is a grassy field with a flagpole on the premises for games. There is also a small harbor where our boats are docked.
On the ground floor, there is a large room (from the Welpen), a small room (from the Bevers), a kitchen, 2 toilets, and 2 toilet/shower combinations. On the first floor, there are 2 large rooms (from the Watergidsen and the Zeeverkenners), a small room (from the Wildevaart– this room is not rented out), and 2 toilets.
On Saturday, we will be present at the clubhouse from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Rentals are requested not to be present during that time.
Note: We do not rent the building for birthdays and parties and to student associations.
We only rent our building to scouting groups, youth clubs and schools!

Our building is frequently rented out to schools, thanks to its convenient location. Many schools appreciate the two large parking lots next to the building and, of course, the fact that our clubhouse is nestled in the Amsterdamse Bos (Amsterdam Forest). There's also a very large playground just a two-minute walk from the building.
And not to mention the building itself: incredibly spacious with a good kitchen and plenty of restrooms. Fancy a campfire? There's even room for that!

€ 8 per person per night with a minimum of € 350 (scouting) or
€ 9 per person per night with a minimum of € 400 (non-scouting)
(Spaces: ground floor, excluding boat shed, storage room, and bar area, and in consultation the upper floor, see floor plan)
Weekend incl. 1 night
€ 11 pper person per night, with a minimum of € 350 (scouting) or
€ 12 per person per night with a minimum of € 400 (non-scouting)
(Spaces: ground floor, excluding boat shed, storage room and bar area, and in consultation the upper floor, see floor plan)
Whole day
Fixed amount of € 225 (scouting) or
€ 325 (non-scouting)
So, renting by the half-day is charged at the minimum amount of the rental for a whole day. This amount does not include waste disposal.

General terms and conditions:
- For each rental, a deposit of € 250 is required.
- Damage must be reported immediately and settled afterwards.
- Remove waste yourself, otherwise € 75 extra costs for waste removal
(that means: € 75 costs when using our waste containers). - Rental includes normal use of gas/water/electricity.
- The rental must leave the building tidy and clean after the event..
- On Saturday, rental starts from 5:30 PM due to personal use.
